Camden Events
The Rutgers-Camden Events Office is the central
reservation office for all non-academic events. Additionally, we are a service
department that will plan, produce and manage impeccable events for you as we
extend the Chancellor’s standard of hospitality throughout the Camden Campus.
Our clients include the Chancellor’s Office and its related administrative
units, the deans, faculty, students, alumni and staff. We welcome clients from
our surrounding neighborhoods in the City of Camden all the way to
international academic colleagues—and everyone in between.
This site can be used to request space on campus, catering and audio visual
needs.
If You Are Rutgers Faculty/Staff or Community Group
- Please
go to “Reservations” at the top of the screen and select “Room Request”
If You Already Have An Account:
- Go to “My Account” above
to log in to your existing account.
If
You Do Not Have An Account:
- Please go to “My Account” and select "Create an Account"
to request one. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN
ACCOUNT YOU MUST BE A SELECTED REPRESENTATIVE OF A RUTGERS CAMDEN
RECOGNIZED STUDENT GROUP. Your request to become a user will
be pending until it is reviewed by an Events Office representative.
You will receive an email once your account is activated.
